“Product Quality,” “Store Convenience and Accessibility,” and “Courtesy at Checkout” are the areas in which the brand stood out, according to the survey conducted by Ipsos Doxa.

Unieuro, Italy’s leading consumer electronics and home appliances retailer and part of the Fnac Darty Group, has been awarded “Best Retail Brand 2026” in the Home Appliances and Electronics category, confirming its position as the industry benchmark for the third consecutive year.

The survey, promoted by Largo Consumo and conducted by Ipsos Doxa, is an in-depth and independent study on the quality of the relationship between consumers and Italian retail brands. In its sixth edition, the research involved 8,000 interviews and the analysis of 34,000 shopping experiences, covering a total of 118 brands across 27 product sectors.

Consumers expressed their evaluations across more than 100 parameters, ranging from product offering and staff to ESG, purchase assistance, payment methods, loyalty programs and brand identity.

In this context, Unieuro achieved excellent results, standing out in particular for Product Quality, Store Convenience and Accessibility, and Courtesy at Checkout, confirming the brand as an increasingly preferred destination for any technology-related need.
