As a market leader, we recognize the growing importance of ESG issues as enabling and cross-cutting factors in the long-term value creation process for all stakeholders. For this reason, we assign “responsible innovation” a central role as the cornerstone of our future development.
In recent years, we have strengthened our approach to sustainability by integrating it into corporate governance, operations and company culture. The 2022–2025 Sustainability Plan has been the main driver of this transformation, accelerating the implementation of strategic projects and giving rise to numerous complementary initiatives. In 2025, this journey gained further momentum with our entry into the FNAC Darty Group, fully aligned with the parent company’s strategic approach to sustainability. Added to this are the growing benefits resulting from the acquisition of Covercare, whose business model is inherently focused on circularity and energy efficiency.
