We support and promote inclusion, ensuring that all colleagues understand and respect our Code of Ethics and its core principles: equal opportunities and non-discrimination, health and safety of workers, prevention of corruption and conflict of interests, fair remuneration policies, centrality and respect of the customer. All personnel management policies are defined in compliance of the CCNL applied and current labour legislation.
Diversity&Inclusion
From the personnel selection phase, we guarantee that no discrimination will be exercised on the basis of race, sex, nationality, sexual orientation, social status, physical appearance, religion, or political orientation. Selection processes are based on the adoption of objective and transparent criteria, ensuring equal opportunities in accessing roles and avoiding any type of discrimination.
To further promote the value of diversity and inclusion, we constantly monitor the balance of our workforce distribution and the maturity of our processes and procedures from the perspective of promoting a D&I culture. Our natural focus on this topic leads us to constantly question ourselves about any new initiatives to be launched internally in order to continue to improve.
Furthermore, as further confirmation of our attention and interest in D&I culture, as a company we have chosen to join Valore D, the first association of companies in Italy committed to gender balance and an inclusive culture in organizations and in our country. Membership in the association allows us to compare ourselves with other realities and to access various initiatives, with a focus on diversity and inclusion.
