Initiatives on 4 ESG pillars
Strategy
In a rapidly changing world, respect for people and the environment is the guiding light for all our choices, present and future. A strategic vision and a commitment that today is expressed in a detailed plan of actions, with deadlines and objectives to be achieved.
Our Sustainability Plan 2022-2026 outlines our commitment to stakeholders through four key areas: Community, Culture (sustainability governance), Sustainable Innovation, and Talent.
The goals
The goals we have at heart
1.
Responding to the Stakeholders’ increasing expectations within the area of sustainability.
2.
Integrating sustainability into business decisions and increasing the organisation’s awareness and culture.
3.
Strengthening ESG governance through a clear accountability and a holistic approach that may effectively support our ESG efforts and deal with current and future challenges in a rapidly-changing scenario.
4.
Adapting to the evolution of the regulatory framework in terms of sustainability to promptly and effectively respond to any change, from a proactive perspective.
5.
Identifying the ESG target indicators to which the medium-long term remuneration of company management can be linked, to create an even higher level of engagement on sustainability topics.
6.
To further enrich the ESG target indicators linked to the medium-to-long-term remuneration of company management, in order to foster an even greater commitment to sustainability topics.
A great commitment

Technology for People. Technology has always been part of our DNA. We are aware of its immense potential as well as its limitations. That’s why we strive to make it more human, accessible, and positive every day, for the benefit of young people, the elderly, families, and the entire community. Because the technology we love is the one that, in addition to satisfying a need, is able to convey emotions.
