A new leadership model
We’ve developed a ‘Leadership Model’ that empowers our managers to foster a people-centric culture focused on growth and development.
The model identifies the skills and behaviours we consider essential for achieving strategic objectives, driving change, and fostering people’s development.
This important tool certainly concerns managers, who lead and guide their teams by example, but it also applies to all colleagues, with the aim of helping to strengthen a single, shared corporate culture. The model not only serves as a point of reference but also comes to life within the main HR processes, establishing itself as a highly practical tool that supports people management and development.
Managers who are more self‑aware, more motivated, more focused on objectives, able to take on the risks of innovation, and who can themselves act as champions of innovation and promoters of change. More aware, engaged, and therefore even more involved colleagues in the implementation of the strategy.
UniVersus
UniVersus is our strategic program for listening to and monitoring the level of satisfaction of Unieuro employees to improve their well-being and work experience.
Launched in 2022, UniVersus allows us to measure the level of employee satisfaction and identify the main areas for improvement in a continuous improvement process. The survey is conducted through an annual internal survey involving the entire company population and is divided into various areas of analysis, including: work environment; recognition and remuneration; relationships with colleagues and managers; knowledge of the organization, strategy, and company values; management of change phases; effectiveness of communication initiatives.
The initiative is not only repeated over the years to monitor the level of satisfaction over time, but the questionnaire also evolves according to the priorities and transformations we face: the constant revision of the Questionnaire aims to make Universus increasingly consistent with our context and our corporate culture, thus promoting synergies with our reference models.
To help follow up on this important feedback initiative, the “UniVersus Steering” was also established, a cross‑functional team dedicated to analysing the survey results and proposed actions. Its aim is to identify quick‑win and/or project‑based initiatives to launch in response to colleagues’ expressed needs, clearly aligned with company priorities.

Smartworking: You at the center of your work
We have conceived a new way of understanding the work activity and life of our headquarters staff. A people-centered experience that allows for flexibility in methods, spaces, and working hours, promoting a better work-life balance.
The future of work is hybrid, just like the future of shopping. We’ve adopted a new, flexible way of working that empowers our employees and fosters collaboration. Our people-centric approach allows for autonomy, trust, and a better work-life balance. Nearly all of our headquarters staff now work remotely, with the flexibility to choose their own hours and location.
New spaces
We have reimagined the spaces and organisational models of the corporate offices in Forlì and Milan, adopting a more focused approach on sharing and the collaboration among work teams, where digital technologies can be a true resource to best promote an engaging and inspiring professional working environment.
A new concept of the office, an environment where collaboration, support, and sociability are the foundations of our new corporate culture. Palazzo Hercolani, located in the heart of Forlì, is our new headquarters, joined by our Milan offices in via Marghera. For the design of our offices, we have chosen the distinctive features of lightness and elegance. The furnishings have essential, almost sketched forms. Spaces designed to come into contact with open areas, embracing an idea of shared connection.
