Unieuro invests in affiliate training

On Wednesday, October 15, the two-day 2025 Unieuro Affiliates Convention came to a close, representing a key moment for discussion and alignment to strengthen strategy and collaboration with the partner network across the country.
During the event, participants experienced firsthand the strength of Unieuro’s evolution path, starting with a visit to the store dedicated to private label products and to several commercial partners in both the home and technology areas, providing tangible evidence of an increasingly distinctive offering and a clear, recognizable positioning. One particularly innovative element attracted great interest: an installation combining holographic technology and artificial intelligence, featuring a personalized Unieuro digital assistant capable of interacting naturally and engagingly with guests and providing information on the products on display.
The plenary session opened with a welcome address by Enrique Martinez, CEO of the Fnac Darty Group, who reiterated the importance of the affiliate channel. This was followed by a presentation from Country Manager Bruna Olivieri, who shared current market scenarios and outlined the Group’s “Beyond Everyday” plan and Unieuro’s strategy.
The Convention concluded with the presentation of an important training project exclusively for affiliates: a dedicated Academy designed to further enhance the indirect network. The Academy will launch in January 2026 with the support of Kairos Solutions and Bianco & Bruno.
The Academy is designed to create value and strengthen the business in an ever-evolving retail environment, fostering a sense of belonging and the sharing of identity, values and a common vision. The program is based on a group mentoring model, supported by industry experts who will guide affiliates in developing best practices, managing the sales network and achieving personal and professional growth, in line with Unieuro’s Leadership model.
This initiative further confirms Unieuro’s commitment to putting people at the center and standing alongside its affiliates, strengthening their strategic role in the Group’s growth and future.
