Unieuro awards diplomas to future Store Managers

On Friday, October 17, in the prestigious setting of the Event Hall at Palazzo Hercolani in Forlì, a significant milestone was celebrated for participants in the 16th edition of the Store Manager Academy: the awarding of diplomas. The ceremony, marking the completion of the classroom training program, took place in the presence of Bruna Olivieri, Country Manager of Unieuro, together with Paolo Botticelli, Chief People & Culture Officer, and with the participation of Stefano Appolloni, Director of the Northern Italy Retail Network, representing the Retail Area.

A total of 31 participants, including internal resources and new external hires during the year, completed 12 training days spread over three weeks, designed to foster experiential learning and the immediate application of acquired skills.

The rich and multidisciplinary program covered topics ranging from people management to store organization, from marketing strategy to offer optimization, as well as cybersecurity, sustainability, Project Transformation and ICT.

New this year was the introduction of a module dedicated to Services, in line with the Beyond Everyday Strategic Plan, confirming the commitment to enhancing every aspect of the customer experience.
