Unieuro S.p.A.: the shareholders’ meeting appoints the new board of directors, chaired by Enrique Martinez, and announces the appointment of Maria Bruna Olivieri as country manager Italy

Forlì, January 24, 2025 – The Shareholders’ Meeting of Unieuro S.p.A. (“Unieuro” or the “Company”), a leader in the distribution of consumer electronics and household appliances in Italy, met yesterday in Milan, chaired by Stefano Meloni.
Pontis Holdco SAS, the sole shareholder of Unieuro – now part of the Fnac Darty Group -, participated in the Meeting, which, after acknowledging the resignation of all the Board of Directors members, appointed the new Board of Directors and designated Enrique Martinez as Chairman. The new Board of Directors will remain in office until the approval of the financial statements for the second financial year following current one which ends on February 28, 2025.
During the meeting, the appointment of Maria Bruna Olivieri, current General Manager of the Company, as Country Manager Italy of the Fnac Darty Group was also announced. The appointment will be formalized on January 29, 2025, during the first meeting of the newly elected Board of Directors.
Maria Bruna Olivieri has held the position of General Manager of the Company since March 2021. At Unieuro since September 2015, she has assumed increasing responsibilities from Director of the Digital Business Unit to Chief Omni-Channel Officer, achieving significant results in the development of omnichannel and the acceleration of digital transformation. In 2002, she began her managerial career with a strong focus on digital transformation, first at Unisys Italia and, starting in 2006, at Seat Pagine Gialle. She graduated with honors in Nuclear Physics from the University of Pavia.
