8, 2025<\/strong>, the <strong>2025\u20132030 Strategic Plan<\/strong> was presented, structured around <strong>six major challenges<\/strong> that will guide the next five years:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Expanding the physical network and growing through external<\/strong> lines, with over <strong>30 new openings<\/strong>, <strong>45 store refurbishments<\/strong> and a <strong>structured M&amp;A plan<\/strong> to strengthen territorial coverage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Innovating retail with new concept stores such as <strong>Service Solution Hubs<\/strong>, designed to offer <strong>consulting<\/strong>, <strong>repairs<\/strong> and <strong>solutions<\/strong> in <strong>spaces where technology truly meets people<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Integrating the omnichannel experience<\/strong> by completing the digital transformation through <strong>cloud<\/strong>, <strong>artificial intelligence<\/strong> and an <strong>ecosystem<\/strong> that truly places the <strong>customer at the center<\/strong>\u2014instore, online, everywhere.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Expanding<\/strong> <strong>the product portfolio<\/strong> by entering <strong>high-potential categories<\/strong>\u2014from smart home to wellness and outdoor\u2014and <strong>strengthening<\/strong> <strong>private labels<\/strong> and the <strong>circular economy<\/strong> through <strong>second-hand offerings<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Growing services<\/strong> with an <strong>offer designed for every stage of the customer journey<\/strong> and a <strong>distinctive value proposition<\/strong> to build <strong>deeper<\/strong>, more <strong>personalized<\/strong> and <strong>long-lasting relationships<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Developing new B2B\/B2C channels<\/strong> and <strong>Retail Media<\/strong> through the integration of <strong>strategic assets<\/strong> such as <strong>Covercare<\/strong> and a <strong>digital out-of-home network<\/strong> already active in <strong>80 stores<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">The goal is to build a <strong>distinctive model <\/strong>aligned with the <strong>Fnac Darty Group\u2019s <em>Beyond Everyday<\/em><\/strong> <strong>plan<\/strong>, integrating <strong>products<\/strong>, <strong>services<\/strong>, <strong>assistance<\/strong> and <strong>consulting<\/strong> into a single ecosystem that generates value across the entire customer journey, combining <strong>growth<\/strong> and <strong>awareness<\/strong>, <strong>performance<\/strong> and <strong>sustainability<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">With over <strong>\u20ac250 million<\/strong> <strong>in planned investments<\/strong>, we aim to <strong>triple EBIT by 2030<\/strong>, <strong>increase services to 9% of revenues<\/strong> and <strong>private labels to 8%.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">\u201cThis plan speaks of a company that consolidates, invests and
