The plan aims to consolidate its European leadership in omnichannel and service-oriented retail, with a strong focus on sustainability and added value for customers, partners, and shareholders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><strong>Expected economic results and financial targets for 2025\u20132030:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">Nearly 4 million service subscribers by 2030 (up from 1.9 million in February 2025).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Operating margin above 3% by 2030 (+100 basis points compared to 2024 pro forma).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Cumulative operating free cash flow exceeding \u20ac1.2 billion for the 2025\u20132030 period (excluding IFRS 16).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Average annual investments (CapEx) of around \u20ac200 million for 2025\u20132030 (compared to approximately \u20ac160 million in 2024 pro forma).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Strengthened dividend policy: minimum payout ratio of 40% and a minimum dividend of \u20ac1 per share per year.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Financial leverage (net debt\/EBITDA IFRS 16) stable at 1.5x in the medium term.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Services: contribution of services to the Group\u2019s gross margin will rise from 25% to 30%, while the contribution of subscription services to B2C margin will increase from 60% to over 80%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><strong>Pillars of the \u201cBeyond Everyday\u201d plan:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\"><strong>High value-added products<\/strong>: continuous optimization of the offering and development of new solutions to capture emerging trends and needs (beauty tech, entertainment, cultural exclusives, partnerships and licenses for games and leisure).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Subscriptions<\/strong>: strong development of subscription services, aiming for around 4 million subscribers by 2030, supported by expansion into new channels, markets, and services (starting with energy), to support customers in daily life, at home, and during leisure time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Repairability<\/strong>: increase in annually repaired products from 2.6 million to 3.5 million by 2030, in line with the commitment to circularity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Sustainability<\/strong>: confirmed target of a 50% reduction in direct CO\u2082 emissions (Scopes 1 and 2) by 2030 compared to 2019.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Omnichannel customer experience<\/strong>: renovation of over 200 stores and opening of 150 new locations, integration of physical and digital environments to ensure a consistent and personalized experience across all touchpoints.
