The survey is conducted through an annual internal survey involving the entire company population and is divided into various areas of analysis, including: work environment; recognition and remuneration; relationships with colleagues and managers; knowledge of the organization, strategy, and company values; management of change phases; effectiveness of communication initiatives.<br>The initiative is not only repeated over the years to monitor the level of satisfaction over time, but the questionnaire also evolves according to the priorities and transformations we face: the constant revision of the Questionnaire aims to make Universus increasingly consistent with our context and our corporate culture, thus promoting synergies with our reference models.<br>To help follow up on this important feedback initiative, the \u201cUniVersus Steering\u201d was also established, a cross\u2011functional team dedicated to analysing the survey results and proposed actions.
