Covercare’s four sustainable realities
Covercare is actively committed to developing circular economy practices, aiming to extend the lifespan of all types of devices, reduce environmental impact, and contribute to the creation of a more sustainable future.
Its four business units embody this goal:
WiFix is a quick repair service for smartphones and tablets offered directly in Unieuro and Iper stores. Since 2016, WiFix has been assisting customers in real time, providing personalized solutions for any type of problem, both for private users and businesses.
Thanks to the increasing presence of WiFix corners in stores, Covercare has built a strong relationship of trust with customers, based on courtesy, efficiency, and attention to individual needs.
CHS (Comfort Home Solutions) is the ideal partner to make home more efficient and sustainable. Thanks to a team of experts, they offer a complete service that ranges from energy consumption analysis to the design and installation of customized solutions, such as photovoltaic systems and heat pumps.
Telco area offers companies customized services for the management of their device fleet (smartphones, tablets, laptops, desktops), thanks to the end-to-end (E2E) management of all the individual elements that make up the value chain, with monitoring and management of the entire device lifecycle.
Multiutility area collaborates with clients in the utility and retail sectors, developing ad hoc services for both consumer and business customers. A common feature of these two areas is the continuous research and analysis of new technologies applied to the management of value-added services.
