Beyond
Omni-Journey
Growth
In May 2023, the Board of Directors approved the “Beyond Omni-Journey” plan which details and maps our growth path through the coming years.
The plan aims to consolidate our leadership, positioning the company as the consumer’s natural destination for all their technological needs.
The Plan is based on two growth pillars: the further strengthening of the “Omnichannel Trade” offer and the expansion into “Beyond Trade”, in order to seize new opportunities in complementary businesses.
The Plan
Strengthening the “Omnichannel Trade”
Through the development of the ‘Omnichannel Trade’ pillar, we aim to strengthen our commercial offering by leveraging data and evolving the role of our physical stores, which will continue to play a central and distinctive role in the omnichannel buying journey.
Expanding “Beyond Trade”
Through the expansion of ‘Beyond Trade’, we aim to invest in strengthening our consumer-centric ecosystem, offering complete, integrated, and personalized solutions, going beyond the mere sale of products, through the provision of repair services, trade-in and used sales, technology consulting, and the development of private labels and exclusive brands.
Responsible Innovation
We will pursue these strategic lines through ‘Responsible Innovation’ to create shared value for all stakeholders, embedding sustainability into our business, organization, and culture.
